Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam is a firm closed-cell material known for its flexible, durable, shock-absorbing, and lightweight properties. It’s produced in compression-molded buns, creating a very fine internal micro-cell structure. Available with flame retardants, UL ratings, and FDA-approved ingredients.
EVA materials range from extremely soft low-density foams to very hard high-density foams, suitable for a wide variety of applications. Sheets up to 4 inches thick are available in most densities. Custom thicknesses are achieved using our state-of-the-art skiving processes.
