Adhesive Lamination
Make your products “stick.”
Need a gasket, roll, sheet, or any other component with adhesive backing? SECON laminates pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs), foils, films, and fabrics on a variety of foam, sponge, and rubber substrates. Custom lengths, compressed rolls, and multi-layer composites are available to meet your application.
Our heat-assisted laminators bond substrates, adhesives, films, & more—which can be provided as roll goods, or further converted into self-stick products. Additionally, we can slit rolls into custom widths during adhesive lamination, combining two steps into one, leading to faster production and lower costs.
If you have any questions or inquiries about our adhesive laminating services or the materials we offer, don’t hesitate to contact us now. We look forward to working with you.

Learn more about our adhesive options.
Double-Coated Tape
Double-coated tapes feature a carrier that separates two adhesive layers. Carriers can be made from materials like paper, plastic film, tissue, or foam, allowing for different adhesives on each side to bond dissimilar materials.
Adhesive Transfer Tape
Adhesive Transfer Tape (ATT) features a thin adhesive layer with a liner for easy handling. Without a carrier, ATT consists of a single adhesive, with high conformability to irregular surfaces and no carrier temperature limitations.
Skrim-Reinforced Tape
Scrim-reinforced tapes feature an open-mesh fabric (scrim) embedded within the adhesive for added strength and tear resistance. The scrim, typically made from fiberglass, polyester, or nylon, provides increased structural support.
