Polyethylene - Molded Buns

Compression molded Polyethylene (PE) buns create a very fine internal micro cell structure. Custom thicknesses are achieved by using one of our state-of-the-art skiving processes. Molded PE buns are available in extremely soft low density foams to very hard high density foam. Sheets up to 4″ thick are available in most densities. Available with flame retardants, UL ratings, and FDA compliance.
