Chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam (XLPE) is a durable closed-cell material featuring a smooth, yet tough and resilient moisture-resistant skin surface. It’s produced in continuous rolls, with a density range of 2-30 lbs—available with flame retardants, UL ratings, and FDA compliance.
Known for its excellent shock absorption and chemical resistance, this versatile material is commonly used in a wide range of applications—from impact dampening and vibration control, to protective packaging, thermal insulation, industrial gasketing, and much more.
